Cultural Alliance of York County The Cultural Alliance of York County can help you locate an artist to fund a special project that your entire school can enjoy. Third grades students at Hayshire Elementary School in the Central York School District recently had the opportunity to create the “Friendship of the Colors” tile mosaic in their courtyard. Student drawings were compiled by resident artist, Justin Ayala. Using these drawings, a beautiful project was completed with the students. Our CYSD Panther Foundation and the Cultural Alliance of York County funded the entire project. www.culturalalliance-york.org.
