2004
The winning work of art was created by Lauren Whitcomb, a ninth grader at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg,
PA. This beautiful design was submitted by her Art teacher,
Catherine Campbell. The work represents a montaged interpretation
of works representing Pennsylvania artists, Charles Demuth,
Thomas Eakins, and Andy Warhol.
2003
The beautifully illustrated design created by tenth
grader Steve Strausbaugh of South Western High School
in Hanover, PA was selected as the 2003 winner. His
art teacher Ms. Mary Ann Schwartz is an active PAEA
member.
